Not just the paperwork. The technical measures too.
Many NIS2 consultants deliver policies and procedures, then leave you to find someone else to put them into practice. We do both: we write the documentation and actually configure the network, accounts, backup and monitoring.
- The same team writes the procedure and implements it.
- Compliance evidence comes from configured systems, not declarations.
- One point of contact for DNSC, management and IT.

DNSC-certified NIS Officer
Cybersecurity specialisation certificate issued by the Romanian National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC), NIS Officer programme. Backed by more than five years of hands-on cybersecurity work.
What is the NIS2 Directive and who is affected?
The NIS2 Directive (transposed in Romania through GEO 155/2024 and Law 124/2025) sets cybersecurity requirements for organisations in critical sectors: energy, transport, healthcare, public administration, digital services, manufacturing, food and others. Organisations of at least medium size (typically 50+ employees) in these sectors are generally required to comply; some exceptions apply regardless of size.
How much does an outsourced NIS2 Officer cost?
The service starts from 335 EUR/month excl. VAT (Basic package, quarterly review). Standard, with monthly monitoring, starts from 590 EUR/month excl. VAT, and Premium, with fortnightly monitoring, from 950 EUR/month excl. VAT. An initial NIS2 diagnostic, from 990 EUR excl. VAT, is added at the start. Minimum contract 12 months.
What fines do I risk for NIS2 non-compliance?
Essential entities risk fines of up to 10 million EUR or 2% of global annual turnover; important entities up to 7 million EUR or 1.4%. Management can be held personally accountable. The DNSC notification deadline passed in September 2025; the other deadlines run from the DNSC decision for each entity.
What does the outsourced NIS2 Officer service include?
DNSC registration and notifications, the risk register, periodic compliance reports, incident support, updates on legislative changes and, depending on the package, internal assessments, awareness sessions and attending management meetings.
Why outsource the NIS2 Officer function?
An internal cybersecurity specialist typically costs 3,000–5,000 EUR/month gross. Outsourcing starts from 335 EUR/month excl. VAT, covers the appointment obligation immediately with no recruitment or training, and the external officer brings experience from several organisations.
Do you implement the technical measures or only the documentation?
Both. Besides policies and procedures, we actually configure the network, accounts and MFA, backup and monitoring, through CONTROL DEVELOPMENT™. That way your compliance evidence comes from systems that really work.
